PC REPAIR COSTS

Our PC repair prices are very competitive and we aim to provide a speedy home computer repair and support service, saving you time and money.

As a home PC user, we understand the need for keeping your computer repair costs down. That is why we offer you different payment options to suit your budget. You can choose what suits you best and best of all, we do not charge an hourly rate for our work.

Option 1 – Remote Access + Phone support.

  • A one off yearly fee of £50* per home. This is compared with PC World- £70+ or DELL - £60+
  • Covers all household computer devices and the only extra costs are *pc parts needing replacement.

Option 2 – PC repairs.

Computer repairs from - £30*

  • All computer repair costs are for labour + (*parts extra if required)
  • Memory, hard drive, graphic card, sound card installed and configured
  • All costs agreed with client before work is undertaken
  • Any replaced parts are returned to the client

 General servicing & maintenance from - £30*

  • A complete clean up of system registry
  • Enhanced OS tweaks to improve performance
  • Update of system operating files and enhance system performance
  • Parts cleaned and dust removal
  • Only Genuine Microsoft products used and serviced* Please see note below.

 Anti-virus spyware removal from - £40*

  • We make multiple system scans by various means of the hard drive for virus infections until fully cleaned
  • Update your Windows Operating System FULLY with All Microsoft updates
  • Full System Registry check and Microsoft Windows OS Firewall configured

Home network setup & security from - £50*

  • A network of computers is far more productive and useful than just a single computer
  • Allows the sharing of both information and resources, such as documents, databases, printers and Internet connectivity
  • Secure WPA + WPA2 encrypted wireless networks with strong password
  • Secure your wireless device against snooping neighbours or unauthorised Internet sharing

Laptop repairs from - £30*

  • Hard drive replacement
  • Memory installed
  • Cooler fans cleaned
  • Data recovery/transfer
  • Any replaced parts are returned to the client

When you purchase a new laptop or desktop computer you are required to create a “System Recovery CD disk” in the event of hard disk failure or before your PC warranty expires.

If you have not created a system recovery disk and cannot produce the original Windows Vista, XP or 7 disks for us to re-install your Microsoft Windows system. We may need to charge you for a new Windows Operating System licence unless otherwise.
