In addition to monitoring your infrastructure, our Engineers conduct routine tasks such as network maintenance and administration tasks on your network like system software updates, anti-virus & spam filter updates, data backups, network infrastructure audits and much more.

Option 1. Pay As You Go.  (Non-subscription IT support)

Call out services allow new and existing clients to benefit from our highly capable staff, advanced support tools, and superb service levels as and when there is a requirement. There is no fixed commitment or contracts; you pay standard hourly rates for us to meet a specific business need.

  • Competitive business call out rates
  • £40.00 per hour – Onsite Business Hours (Mon–Fri 09:00-18:00 -Sat 09:00–13:00)
  • £80.00 per hour - Onsite outside of Business Hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • £15 per 15min – Remote Access Support session 

Option 2. UNLIMITED use IT Support (Subscription based)

  • Microsoft Office 2007 – 2010 product support
  • Mobile device email support including iPhone, Android HTC
  • Remote VPN access
  • Anti-virus / Spyware monitoring
  • Wireless Access points 
  • Network printing 
  • Database and Accounts support packages.*(Additional cost).

To get Remote Support just follow these easy steps:

1. You’ll will be given a “REMOTE ACCESS CODE” to insert below.

2. INSERT CODE, CLICK REDEEM CODE and RUN DOWNLOAD >

3. We will then remotely access your PC with live chat to resolve the issue.

4. Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while our engineer goes to work.

5. Job done! and session closed.
